Cake Balls
First off, Cake Balls? Not a big fan of the name. Let's call them Cake Truffles or Cake Chocolates. Sooo easy to make. Here's how I made this batch:
1 Confetti Cake Mix
1 Tub of Betty Crocker Cream Cheese Frosting
White chocolate baking squares.
Bake the cake. Let it cool. Break it up in a bowl. Add frosting. Stir. Form into small balls (these are rich, small is best). Set on wax paper covered cookie sheet. Freeze for 20 min, or so. Dip in melted chocolate.
Then eat.
I didn't take a picture of the inside. I think I'd use a little less frosting next time so they are a little more cake like.

Mother's Day Frames
Here are some frames I made for Mother's Day. The small frames have tiny, but strong, magnets on the back so they can go on Mom's fridge. This is my first time using Mod Podge and I found it super easy and fun.
(Another poor quality picture. That's what you get when it's midnight and I'm lazy!)
